RETURN CONDITIONS
Please understand that we cannot accept returns in every case. You can return items you have ordered to us within fourteen days of receipt. After checking the returned items, we will refund the purchase price. After the fourteen days have passed, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Any return must be announced in advance by email. Please do not send your return to our suppliers or the address of the sender of your deliveries.
Here are our terms and conditions for a return with refund:
RETURN OF A NON-DEFECTIVE, UNUSED ITEM:
- Originally packaged, undamaged product
- Receipt of the items is a maximum of fourteen days ago
- checking the condition
NO RETURN POLICY:
- Product is in damaged original packaging
- Used products
- products without original packaging
- Included accessories are missing
- Opened consumables
- return period expired
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.
Once we have accepted your return, you will automatically receive a credit to your credit card or original payment method within 10 days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first. Please also contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to officially post.
If you still have not received your refund, please contact our customer service.
SHIPPING OF RETURNS
Currently, you must cover the shipping costs for your returns yourself. Shipping costs for your deliveries will not be refunded.
WRONG PRODUCT
In exceptional cases, it can happen that we accidentally send the wrong item. Please first check carefully whether the product delivered really does not correspond to one of the items you actually ordered. If you are sure that you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately.
TRANSPORT DAMAGE
It is very important to us that your order is transported smoothly to your home. Despite our best efforts, goods can be damaged during transport. We ask for your understanding. Please contact our support if you have received a damaged item.
A. Cancellation policy
Introduction
Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to their commercial nor their independent professional activity:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last good.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (email: contact@myparfumshop.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement. You can use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
You can also use the model withdrawal form or another clear statement on our website https://www.myparfumshop.de /pages /widerrufsbelehrung Complete and submit electronically. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of such a revocation (e.g. by email).
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days of receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
This now makes it clear that the refund will only be made after the goods have been received and inspected.
For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may refuse to repay until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us that you have cancelled this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.
Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
General information
1) Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Please send the goods back to us in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.
2) Please do not send the goods back to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the aforementioned points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
